About the Program

The Industry Training Program and associated upskilling content is offered on behalf of the Province of Nova Scotia – through the various Industry Sector Councils – to assist employers, employees, and provincial job seekers in acquiring valuable skills.

Owners and

Managers
Owners and managers can access and assign training from the library of free upskilling programs offered through the participating Sector Council.
Employees

Take advantage of the available training proactively or as assigned by their employer- whether online, in-person, or virtually – to obtain valuable skills.
Job

Seekers
Add relevant skills and valuable credentials to their toolkit and resume, thereby differentiating themselves in a competitive job market.
